Tom is an OGFBB member and here are his memoirs.  I think they are brilliant and I read it in one sitting.  A wonderful piece of work.  Let's hear it for Grey Power!

Apart from anything else, this is the first mention I have seen anywhere about the 17 pounder anti-tank gun, our answer to the German 88mm.  I shall have to do a piece about this......
