The Nostalgia Postcard Collection Club. May 1935 An airliner from the British Airways fleet preparing to leave Gatwick airport on the new service to Le Bourget. The plane was a Dutch made Fokker FXII carrying sixteen passengers and a crew of two. The service operated out of Heston, Croydon and Gatwick until the outbreak of war.
