Hi again from Longbolt Thanks for the greetings. At Barnoldswick, my 5x Great Grandfather, Thomas Ingles was born in 1710 (he was a Cooper by Trade) His parents George Ingles & Elling Kirke married there in November 1709. George was from Barrowford according to the details of the marriage entry....

I am Longbolt and happy to be a part of this site. Like you I am interested in the history of my Family and many years ago they were a part of this area (until mid 1700's.) Surnames I am interested in are Ingham, Ingles, Townley and Kirk. Are they familiar to you?
