I received a certificate yesterday that I ordered on Monday excellent service from Lancashire Certificate Service. On the flier I received with the certificate is a phone number for ordering 0845 053 0021. Hope this helps.

REME did that stand for Rough Engineering Made Easy and of course RE was just Rough Engineering. On doing some light Research on Searchlight Batteries in WW2 I was surprised to see that they came under the Royal Engineers.
