Ron Hill is still running every day, he has just completed 50 years of doing at least a mile every day. He came to the Barlick Fell Runners presentation evening just before Christmas.

This mornings run was hard work as I have had an enforced lay off due to injury.............Foulridge on the canal then Kelbrook on road and back to Barlick.
