Re: THE WORLD AS SEEN FROM BARLICK 210920

Bumped again. I think you would agree that none of the sensible adjustments to our way of life and the conduct of politics have been made. We can't even agree on a clear strategy to cope with the next pandemic..... (And one of the only certainties we have is that this will surely happen.)

We're used to seeing criticism of the privatised water companies for their mismanagement of waste but see THIS for a different and scary cause for concern. People living in the area affected by a waterborne parasite outbreak in south Devon have described the impact on their lives as "terrible&q...

Yesterday wed had mizzle in the late morning but by later in the afternoon it was a warm sunny end to the day. But by 20:00 the overcast had won again. This morning first thing it was calm, overcast and dry, it hasn't changed since. The glass is up on 1011mb and the forecast is for a sunny day. The ...

I shall be in the shed at 06:00 quietly working my way towards two plinths for the wobblers to sit on. After that there is nothing on my social calendar apart from some quiet cooking of a batch of savoury mince to go with this weeks veggies. The weather forecast is good so a walk and a spell on traf...

Amateur astronomer extraordinaire.
