Re: Where Have You Just Been?
Stopped off at Thoresby Hall, Nottinghamshire, on the way home from Kent. It breaks up a relatively boring journey home. The rooms have been recently refurbished, nice food and some entertainment last night, a walk in the grounds after breakfast this morning. We're visiting friends in Mansfield Wood...

Re: Today I shall be Mainly...
Taking my mother out to the shops, she needed some new clothes for her upcoming holiday. That was successful :good: It's her birthday on Monday (87) so yesterday treated her to a curry for tea and a bunch of flowers, she was very pleased with them. Re: WHAT ATTRACTED YOUR ATTENTION TODAY?
Worse case scenario, I have to request a new V5 myself along with a £25 fee. The car dealer has the responsibility to notify DVLA which, it seems, they have not done.

Re: WHAT ATTRACTED YOUR ATTENTION TODAY?
It's been 8 weeks since I bought my current car but still no sign of the V5 from the DVLA. I've found that they have a new email service, https://contact.dvla.gov.uk/email A few presets to choose from and the option to add a note to the query, it also states I should get a response within 3 working...

Re: MEDICAL MATTERS
This is a lengthy post but it describes something that's been on my mind for a year now and I hope is coming to a close... ... The NHS systems are in a terrible state but the medical staff who dealt with my lesions were marvellous, even though they too know how bad the systems are. That's a horrend...
