Roast rib of beef, new potatoes, asparagus, yorkshire puddings & gravy with strawberries & cream for afters for hubby (had mine at lunchtime).

As we had fish & chips in Skipton at lunch time (at Aunt Bessie's - not up to usual standard), hubby had a ham sandwich & I had strawberries & cream later.

Rode past your farm on the road from Skipton to Colne but could not decide which was yours Wendy and did not know the name. Fantastic view from up there. Been to Keelham Farm shop at Skipton to refill the freezer.

I roasted the main of the chicken, after Saturday's tea legs were removed, and served with new potatoes, brussels, carrots, apple sauce & gravy.

I would think so - because of the fat content it is a much more moist and tastier steak.
We had chicken legs, chips & mediterranean vegs.

We like rib-eye steak best of the steaks.

We have blue tits in our box. Have noticed we have about 6 male blackbirds chasing each other around but no sign of any females yet. We have been chuckling this morning at a male chaffinch flying at the neighbour's window, he must be able to see himself and thinks it is a rival - meanwhile the femal...
