Done loads more to my oil painting on sat and sunday, still no where finished, but im happy with the way she is looking, i will post when ive done more. oh and i am still waiting on the printers for my prints of Marilyn Monroe, i didnt like the paper he was using, so i had to wait for new samples then decide which one i wanted, then i had to wait again for him to get the paper delivered, its gone on a bit long, but hopefully it will be worth the wait.

Thankyou Moh. I would rather have them more affordable and make less but sell more. Or that's the plan. But these prints do not come in a mount as the print is A2 so that keeps my costs down that helps the pricing

Looks as though I bought my knicker prints at the right time and half the proceeds went to charity....
Have you thought about selling High Res scans for 'E-Art'? It seems to be working for the book publishers.
Very professional Connor, impressed...

This is melanie. Conor is training. But I thought you'd all like to know while you can still buy one. I've just received a message saying that Conor has been featured today in the Daily Mail Newspaper

I have no idea what it says as I've not got a paper myself yet. Hope they've been kind

Ok.. Sorry forget that... I've just rushed out and it's not in there. No idea what the message I received was about. Unless its on line. Conor will get to the bottom of it when he gets in

Conor, you (and other OG members) might be interested to see the images on this page of June Mendoza's web site:
http://www.junemendoza.co.uk/armedforces-gallery.html
and read the article from The Times telling how, for 12 years, in between painting royalty and other odd bods, she has been painting Chelsea Pensioners. A wall at the Royal Chelsea Hospital now has 50 of the portraits! Here's the article that was in The Times:

It's a West Country thing......
I was thinking about Conor and the relationship he has built with the site. We hear so much about the shortcomings of the youngsters. Not much evidence of it here! And I love the way we've watched him develop his skills. If you hear anyone knocking web communities, point them at Conor's Corner!

Being skint is is a common condition at your age Conor. You have the demands on you but not the income. I was skint till I was 30 and after that just hard up! You'll realise eventually that it's a lot better for you than being well off. Less chances to go off the rails!

I see you've gone got the 1930s, intellectual film star look. All you need is a moustache and you'll look like Robert Coleman! (Don't worry, not many people remember him!)
