No-bake Cheesecakes

4-ingredient upside-down golden syrup no-bake cheesecakes

Ingredients
• 500g cream cheese, softened
• 3/4 cup thickened cream
• 1/3 cup CSR Golden Syrup
• 1/2 x 175g packet chewy caramel Tim Tams (In the UK McVitie’s Penguins I would think)

Method
• Step 1
Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add cream and 2 tablespoons golden syrup. Beat until just combined. Divide mixture evenly among 4 x 3/4-cup-capacity serving dishes. Cover. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
• Step 2
Place biscuits in a food processor. Process until roughly chopped.
• Step 3
Drizzle top of cheesecakes with remaining golden syrup. Sprinkle with biscuit. Serve.
