What do you do if you have no biscuits in to go with your brew?

You bake these, Cashew and Raisin Cookies. :smile:

I will make a batch for our Bosom Friends Coffee Morning on Saturday. Better leave the nuts out though and double up on the raisins. Nuts do funny things to some folk. :extrawink:

They look good enough to eat but not for me I'm afraid. I have learned my lesson. Carbs is a very slippy slope!
