Jack and I have inspected the town. Not a lot of breeze down here Wendy, bit gloomy but otherwise a pleasant morning.

Rerun of yesterday I think. Overcast and there might have been a light shower. Glass has risen to 29.5" but the forecast is the same as yesterday, bright overcast at best with a light westerly breeze.

About 5 degrees of difference here from Hope Cove in Devon. We had our breakfasts outside on the patio at 7.30 most mornings in shorts and T shirt, feels a bit cold for that up here today.

Beautiful day here, and the scents of early Spring are on the breeze. We will probably have a few more storms yet, but it's nice to be shown what is coming. :)

Same story this morning but wind is more NW so cooler. Glass is down a touch at just below 29.3". Forecast is for a chance of a shower mid morning, tomorrow will be brighter but no warmer, Wednesday will be brighter and a bit warmer.

Not the best weather yesterday for standing around at Trawden Show, with a strong breeze and regular heavy showers. I arrived home well chilled. There was a good turn out despite the weather.

Sky is clear this morning and no rain during the night. Wendy is right about the wetting showers yesterday and the cool wind. Glass is up slightly at almost 29.5" this morning and forecast is for a similar day today but less chance of showers, same tomorrow but don't plan any outside activities for Thursday as there is a high chance of rain all day.

Clear night and a heavy dew. Glass up slightly at dead on 29". Forecast is for a bright day but rain starting in the evening and a high probability it will rain all day tomorrow.
07:15. We've had our walk, dry, broken cloud with patches of sunshine and it feels very humid. What the old farmers used to call a 'brewing day' when they were haytiming. I can well believe the forecast of rain soon.

We had heavy showers last night (had to turn the TV up so we could hear it over the rain!), and heavy showers again on waking. So lovely to be propped up in bed with my hubby-brought-morning-coffee, watching the rain giving the front lawn a good old soaking.
Lovely and sunny most of the afternoon, though the dog has spent most of the day in her bed. She is a lazy one on cooler days.

Sick of the rain in Melbourne. I can't remember the last time we saw sunshine. Outside is completely water logged; I took the compost out to the bin and the water ran over the top of my shoes (and of course soaked in) - yuk.

Margaret rang yesterday (she's home and recovering well). She said that they have a lot of rain in Perth as well. Newver mind, it's building up ground stocks and the dams!
Very mild here this morning and I think it's rained gently all night. Glass almost back to 29.3" and we expect a high probability of rain all day.

We got away lightly yesterday, sunshine and scattered light showers. It seems to have rained gently for most of the night and the breeze is very balmy, very growy! Glass has fallen to 29.2". Forecast is for a brighter day, perhaps more wind tomorrow and the chance of showers.

Jack and I have had our walk. Dry, overcast and very humid. A clap of thunder wouldn't surprise me even though there's nothing in the forecast. Mind you, we were moving at a fair pace, didn't want to miss the courier if he came earlier.

Very quiet weather here Cathy, almost boring! Glass nailed on 29.2". Forecast is bright spells but a chance of rain in the afternoon. Touch more breeze perhaps from the west.

We've had our walk. Broken cloud with perhaps 50% blue sky but clouds look full of rain. Still humid but freshened by a nice westerly breeze. This is good weather and the plants and trees are loving it. Glass nailed on 29" and the forecast is for a bright fresh day and same for the next five days really apart from a gradual rise in temperature.

Cool and blustery, but the rain held off and I got five loads of washing dry on the line.
Goodness knows where it all comes from, though I did change two queen sized beds and towels etc from two bathrooms, so it all adds up.
Ironing tomorrow. Too pooped to look at it this afternoon.

Marilyn you forgot to say that it was only 13C today, I wouldn't call that 'cool', it was d**n cold!
Heavy rain during night, told you we would have more storms as Winter tries it's best to hang on...

Never mind kids, on the whole any rain in Oz is a good thing! We had a bright day yesterday and a dry night. Almost a clear sky this morning and a heavy dew, could be another decent day. Glass is up again at 29.6". Forecast is similar to yesterday but a tad warmer at 17C, less than 5% chance of a light shower. One thing is certain, grass and trees are loving it!

Stanley, you don't seem to understand; we don't like to be cold and wet!! Top of 11 at my place today and it has rained all day. Roll on summer then we can complain about being too hot again.
