Lovely photo Kev. It was misty at times this morning but cleared for the afternoon. No coat necessary on my walk this afternoon.

Yes, there was mist in the late forecast yesterday.
It was a dry afternoon and at 20:00 it was calm and clearing, we had a moon. This morning it's calm and clouded. The glass is up a bit on 1023 and steady. The outlook is for a cloudy day with mist late in the afternoon. The SW wind is light giving a high of 9C and a low of 7C with a -1C chill all day. The outlook is for similar settled weather with the chance of showers from Thursday onwards.

Yesterday the late mist was a shower of rain around 16:00. At 20:00 it was clouded and calm. Same first thing this morning and there has been no change since. The glass is down slightly on 1019mb. The forecast is for a dry cloudy day with the possibility of rain this evening (a re-run of yesterday). The light to moderate constant SW wind gives a high of 10C and a low of 6C with a wind chill as high as -3C at times. Nothing unusual in the outlook, very similar weather and perhaps some sun at the weekend!

Yesterday was another re-run, we had a late shower. At 20:00 it was dry and calm. First thing this morning it was calm and clear, since then it has clouded over. The glass has fallen to 1015mb. The forecast is for a mainly dry day but broken clouds and a chance of a light shower at times. The moderate westerly wind gives us a high of 9C and a low of 8C with a -3C wind chill at times. Another day like this tomorrow and then the weather gets brighter with some sun and cooler nights.

I've just had a walk into Town Square, I needed garlic and white turnip for a recipe I have in mind. I was going to sit opposite the bookies but even though I had my scarf on the wind was a bit thin so I came home instead!

Yesterday afternoon was colder than I expected because of the wind which turned out to be from the North. At 20:00 we had a rain shower. First thing this morning we had wind and a shower and it hasn't changed since. The glass rose yesterday and is on 1018mb. The forecast is for a wet day. The WSW wind is brisk and gusts to 40mph at times but is mild giving a high of 12C and a low of 10C with a -3C wind chill. The outlook is for cooler, drier weather getting into single figure highs from Sunday onwards.

Yesterday was not a nice day, wind and rain. I had a quick walk but it was miserable weather. At 20:00 it was still damp and windy but not so bad. First thing this morning it was mild, dry and we had broken cloud, some stars with a light wind, still the same now. The glass is up on 1022mb. The forecast is for a dry bright day, much better than yesterday. The constant WSW wind is moderate and gusts to 30mph giving a high of 12C and a low of 9C with a -3C wind chill. Expect another dry mild day like this tomorrow and then a change to much brighter and colder weather. We may even see a hint of winter!

Yesterday was a mild day and it was a pleasure to be out in it. At 20:00 it was breezy but dry and the cloud was broken. It was the same first thing this morning and the only change now is that there is less wind. The glass is down slightly on 1020mb. The forecast is for a bright cloudy day with perhaps light rain in the late afternoon. The westerly wind is moderate and gives us a high of 10C and a low of 3C with a -3C chill. This is the last of the mild days, expect the weather to become much colder with some frost. Perhaps our winter is arriving!

Yesterday was not as mild as the forecast predicted but it was right about the light rain that came in late afternoon. At 20:00 we had a breeze and the cloud was breaking. This morning first thing we had a light breeze a cool morning and a clear sky with Fridays full moon bright and in full view. It hasn't changed since. The glass is steady on 1016mb. The forecast is for a dry day with plenty of sun. The North wind is light to moderate and gives a high of 5C with a low of 2C with a -4C chill later that will take us below freezing. The outlook is for similar weather. The mild interval is over, serious cold weather from now on. (But good for walking Wendy....)

Yesterday was different weather, we are into normal November weather now. It was sunny and at 20:00 we had a light breeze and clearing skies. This morning it is calm, clear and frosty with a brilliant moon. The glass is well up on 1027mb and rising. The forecast is for a clear sunny day. The wind is a light WNW and gives a high of 6C a low of 2C and a chill of -2C. Expect frost until late morning. The outlook is for slightly milder weather with a chance of rain Wednesday or Friday but otherwise very similar to today. Nobody has said anything but don't be surprised if that rain later in the week had a bit of snow associated with it.

Yesterday was a perfect November day, cold but bright and not a lot of wind. At 20:00 it was still calm, cold and broken cloud. First thing this morning it was the same and we had a brilliant moon overhead in the gaps. It's still the same and as yet we have no frost. The glass is steady on 1029mb. The forecast is for a dry, cloudy start and perhaps some sun later in the morning. The light westerly wind tends to NW and gives us a high of 8C and a low of 5C with a -2C chill at times. No frost, it's warmer than yesterday. The outlook is for cool dry weather but there may be rain on Friday. Very kind weather for November.

It was a very acceptable day yesterday, slightly warmer. At 20:00 it was calm, clouded and dry. First thing this morning it was the same but the cloud was breaking, still the same. The glass is down on 1021mb. The forecast is for a dry start to the day, sunny intervals and showers in the early afternoon and back to overcast for the rest of the day. The moderate WSW wind becomes WNW this evening and gives us a high of 8C and a low o0f 1C with as much as a -4C wind chill. The outlook is for more unsettled weather, still looking at a wet day on Friday and wind on Saturday.

The light rain promised after noon came in on time yesterday. At 20:00 it was calm and dry and the sky was clearing.
First thing this morning it was calm, clear, cold and we had a brilliant moon. This hasn't changed. The glass has fallen to 1014mb. The forecast is for a clear sunny start slowly clouding over during the day. The constant mainly NW wind gives a high of 4C, a low of 1C and a chill of up to -4C, this means that it will feel below freezing all day. Tomorrow will be wet and windy and after that dryer but colder weather with more wind than of late. I think that further north the rain tomorrow could be wintry.

Yes Kev, all the signs are that we could be in for our first wintry blast.
Yesterday afternoon stayed dry until teatime when we had a light shower. The sky was clear until the early hours when it started raining. We now have heavy rain and a gusty wind. The glass has plunged to 990mb and is falling like a stone. The forecast is for heavy rain until late morning when the cloud will break and we might have some sunny intervals. The brisk NW wind gusts to 40mph at times giving a high of 6C and a low of 0C with a wind chill that reaches -5C at times. This means that later in the night we will have perceived temperatures of as low as -5C. Tomorrow will be bitterly cold in the NW wind, Saturday is almost as bad and then we warm up slightly..... Exciting cold weather!
Later, listening to the shipping forecast there are severe storm and hurricane warnings for Northern waters.

See THIS BBC report that Storm Arwen is hitting Ireland and the Northern waters. We are lucky, we will not experience the worst of the winds.
