Obviously insured I’d say, but still too close for comfort.
I know I'm in my own little world, but it's OK... they know me here.

Paulette is getting into the painting by numbers thing. I bought her a 'numbers' canvas and some acrylic paints but need to get some stretchers, do any of you arty people know if I can buy them at the Range? I've looked online and can see pre stretched canvases but not the actual stretchers. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I think you are right Peter, cant see any lashings. Looking at the suspension he was going too fast round that sharp left hander as well.

Just a thought, could you use one of those frames that hold cross-stitch patterns?

According to Google it describes the colour, "sandy" not the actual type of wood.

Thanks Ian, they'd lost me!
The fact that the finger I took a lump out of two days ago is clean and healing. I cleaned it up with some of the foam my bleach and detergent whips up when I clean the sink. It brought all the dried blood off easily and will be a perfect disinfectant.

Nice.....
I happened to look at the Banggood site and found that one of their 'flash deals' was a 2MT Live centre for £9.50 including P&P. Ridiculously low price so I bought it. I had a look in their normal catalogue pages and exactly the same centre was there for £20. Modern retailing......

How about a `comedy duo' statue of Johnson and Cummings for one of the northern Red Wall towns?

Re: WHAT ATTRACTED YOUR ATTENTION TODAY?
Fantastic, it will become a photo opportunity for thousands like the Eric Mocambe statue a bit further on and Stan and Ollie at the other side of the bay.
Yesterday I was impresses by the organisation of the fair at Silsden, Marshal Waddington's. We took all the three grandchildren yesterday afternoon. Not the normal walk on job. The entrance was gated and you paid £9 for each child, £2 for observing or non riding adults. All rides were then free and there were quite a few extreme ones as well as the normal Waltzer and Dodgems. The entrance fee saved having to handle cash only a small number of the small side booths like darts and rifles were chargeable. Money went into a bucket for those, unfortunately not the balls into the barrel which was the intention on one game that Finlay tried The entrance and all the rides, as well as at random places round the site had covid signage and hand sanitisation stations. Adults on the rides had to wear masks and they had boxes of them for folk that rocked up without. The seating arrangements on the rides with shared space had crosses on some seats to provide distancing between groups. The site was rammed of course but kids were generally compliant to the rules in the queues for the rides. Our kids managed to get around about five rides in before the site shut for a teatime break. Anyway the kids enjoyed themselves and we were used as the donkeys for bag and water holding etc while they were being thrown about on the rides. £9 a head seems a bit steep when you hand it over but with most of the rides normally about £3 a go it doesn't take long to be on a winner if you go round the ones with the shortest queues.
We went up to our Carla's for tea and she had some slow roasted pulled pork which the meat eaters had in wraps with new potatoes and salad on the side. Carla had done Homity Pie for Sally. The fair was open again and in full swing when we drove past on the way home. It's been in Silsden all week and packs up tomorrow.

I like the idea of Wallace and Grommit having statues at Preston.
I like the fact that a fair can run again at Silsden.
But most of all I like that pic Wendy. I drove down the lane and up that track with the mobile shop once a week for almost five years between 1954 and 1959.
