A part baked sourdough baguette, fresh from the oven, bacon, brie and a bit of cranberry sauce for lunch. I'll probably regret the bread later on but it smelled so good I couldn't resist.

Marinated some strips of chicken breast in smoked paprika, black pepper, oregano, chilli, garlic and a splash of olive oil. Fried it off with some sliced onions and peppers and a tin of chopped tomatoes. Salad, sour cream, grated cheese and a wholemeal wrap and it was Fajitas for tea.

I will be starting tomorrows tea for me and our Jack. Vietnamese pulled pork, Pork has defrosted from the freezer and I just have to make the marinade today and let is mature in the fridge overnight. It's slow cooker recipe so I will set it off early doors tomorrow, 8 -10 hours. I may bring it up to temperature in the oven first. Wraps, some kind of salad salsa and some Aldi squirty sauces. I'll see what they have. Carla served it with a sweet chilli one which I will have a look for.
