Steak pudding and Veggies X two for breakfast and tea. I cooked veggies so plenty to go at. I can feel hot and spicy wings coming on!

The last of the wings and veggies reinforced by sausages gave two meals for breakfast and tea. I shopped for veggies and the butcher delivered yesterday so we are all set for the next week.

Won't last long.

Dined out yesterday, went to The Emporium in Clitheroe and met up with a couple of friends. I had the Caesar Salad, very tasty. We were allocated a 2 hour time slot which was needed even for just light snacks, service was a little slow but we were in no rush.

I will be cooking a bolognese for tea (no spaghetti), there are some peppers in the fridge that need using up. I picked up a pack of mixed beef and pork from Aldi yesterday which works well for bolognese. I will bulk it out with some mushrooms and put plenty of grated cheese on top.

Yesterday's plan was to meet up with youngest offspring and family in the Barlick Raj, this didn't go to plan as the clutch failed in his in-law's car at Blubberhouses. Just the two of us for the buffet, which was very tasty. The car, and the 5 occupants, was recovered within the hour which was excellent service and we're planning on trying again next Sunday.
