I was slightly late last year with the report so this covers the period May 28 2018 to March 30 2019

Income

Donations received (20): £315.20

Paypal Fees: -£15.01

Net Balance from donations after fees: £300.19

Balance brought forward: £83.64

Total: £383.83

Outgoings

Site Hosting Fees

Jun: £42.00
Sep: £42.00
Dec: £58.00
Mar: £40.00

(December includes renewal of SSL certification for the site)

Total hosting fees: -£182.00

Site repair fees (phpBB Services)

Nov 2018 $70.00 = £56.02
Jan 2019 $25.00 = £20.19

Total in Sterling: -£76.21

Invoices were in US dollars so I paid as same at the exchange rate current at the time. There were minor PayPal currency conversion charges so I made an executive decision to pay slightly more for each transaction (in US dollars) so that Mark was not out of pocket.

Current balance (30/03/19) after outgoings: £125.62

Any queries please post.

Indeed Bodge and thank you:

Here we go: 19/03/2019 08:40:35 GMT

I have a record to the second, :extrawink: You should have received a PayPal receipt at the time. I get the notification at the close of transaction after the receipt has been sent.

Thanks of course is extended to all who have donated over the last year. :good:

Just as an aside Stanley, your 0.20p faux pas last year (which you corrected rapidly I hasten to add) fell foul of PayPals minimum service charge of exactly the same amount. It shows in the account as both a donation and deduction of the same amount with a negative outcome. Gumption Trap maybe? :biggrin2:

I hit the same problem this year but corrected it. It isn't the most intuitive page ever......

With PayPal you need to enter all four digits of a sterling donation including the pence even if they are zero. It enters from right to left so if you enter 20 it assumes 0.20 pence and not £20.00. What I noticed also is that when you pay in US dollars and I assume any other foreign currency it does not show you the sterling equivalent when you make the transfer just the fact that you have paid say $70.00. The equivalent sterling and exchange charges are shown in the balance sheet of course.

I have just paid for the latest quarter of hosting charges so excepting shipwrecks or drownings.......

The thing that was blocking me this year was the fact I hadn't accepted the cookie disclaimer.....
