I know where it is but have forgotten it's previous usage. It's nearer to Wendy so I will let her have a go.

That is quite amazing Gloria. yes, dead right. They are the pylons Albert Speer designed to go down each side of the vista from the dais.

We went there a couple of years ago on a river cruise, also went into where they held the Nuremberg trials, a very interesting day.

We did the same Gloria when I was in Europe with Carleton College.Roger Paas was a good guide and one of the things he told me was that the road across the front of the podium was called the Marching Road and is aligned with the Kaiserhof, the castle of the overlord of Nuremberg who was one of the electors who decided on the Holy Roman Emperor. The Nazi party were trying to hijack the legends of the Teutonic Knights. After the war a large building was built in such a position that it blocks the line of sight to the Kaiserhof.

The dais building and Marching Road in 2000 when I was there. The Americans blew the eagle up that used to be on the top of the structure.

I recognised Pete Seeger, guessed at the protest from the banners but I had no idea where it was.

Upstairs right hand bedroom window of the white cottage. Looks like a dog to me. Other than that I've no idea.

Lower left window...possibly another slim nosed grey dog, looking out over a vase of hydrangea flowers?
Other than that, I expect we are down to lady bugs or butterflies...🤔
