You got close Gloria but China has it, lead-beater's tools. Mainly flashings etc on roofs.

Not sure what you mean P. There is snipping and cutting involved. I'd say the kit was 19th century.

Dad did a bit of clothlooking after his tackling days. His chief bit of kit was a pair of tweezers with a point in one end. I can't see one in this box.

Never seen that poem before and I like it! You are of course perfectly correct David. It is the toolbox of a taxidermist, possibly an amateur, a professional would have more but all the basics are there.
