It's a bronze eagle sculpture by Albino Manca in Battery Park, New York. The park honours missing WW2 American servicemen. I didn't do a reverse image search but just whittled it down from guesses and clues. It was the American eagle, probably something to do with honouring military and a New York park seemed like the place to start searching. Otherwise, just lucky!
