Generally Pre WW1, and the new Edwardian Era is a time of consoldating the Victorian Triumphs of British Culture, and the townscape changes from the horse to the motor vehicle.

Manchester Exchange Station, Postmarked 22 Sep 1913. View probably photographed a year or two earlier. Difficult to scan as one of the raised dimple type of matt print finish. Numbered 2000064 on rear, no publisher noted. Oliver Cromwell on his rocky pedestal...interestingly this Manchester history page seems to have it wrong when they say he `faced the station'.
