Archive site back up.

Chasing up the LTP project. I worked out why the archive site had stopped working. It appears to be a server misconfiguration which caused standard index.html files to be disallowed. I haven't got to the bottom of it yet, but renaming the main page to index.php has started it working again. Its a fudge at the moment but appears to work. It should really accept the standard .html extension. So the archive goes where it should and not a redirect to my business site. The LTP is alive again as a by product.
