I had an email notification yesterday of our next quarterly payment to IONOS for our contract fees so I thought I would do a quick check on Paypal regarding current funds.

I was hoping to get through to next March before having to do an audit but I thought this simple heads up was in order.

We are now out of our discount period for the virtual server upgrade and are now paying £11.99 per month in contract fees. The impending quarterly invoice covers 3 months fees and our annual domain renewal fee and will cost us £58.88

Our current Paypal balance is £106.49 so once that quarterly fee is debited will be reduced to £47.61

The next deductions will be our monthly upgrade to Virtual server L which cost us £12 per month.

Nothing on fire until the other side of Christmas but we will run out of brass before March.

I will do a complete breakdown of income and outgoings when I have downloaded and processed all the data from Paypal and I have a bit more time.

I will of course answer any queries if required.
