Chicken and veggies X three and then I cracked and had six small oat biscuits as a snack after tea and immediately felt guilty about it!

Yes, it was me guv'nor. Habib, at the Raj, tries to keep his prices reasonable. Apart from being a regular throughout the year we've had every Christmas Day there, barring one, for 10 years :good:

Only when they have a discount offer Ian, it's around 30% more expensive than the Raj.

I had chicken and veggies for breakfast and tea. I cooked some sausages to extend the chicken and veggies and had a sausage and tomato butty for dinner. I shall cook my chicken this morning and I have enough cooked sausage and veggies in the fridge to see me into tomorrow when, BT man out of the way, I can go shopping for veggies and thinking about getting back on track!

The last of the chicken and veggies X three extended with sausage. I roasted my chicken and that's in the fridge. I shall attend to the veggies today after some early doors shopping. It's been a mixed up beginning to the week!

I had a scramble for whatever I could find yesterday and a meat pie (With most of the crust thrown away) for dinner. All due to my upset week so far.
Today I shall have a chicken leg for breakfast and then cook veggies this morning and head back on track!

I had chicken and veggies X three and during the day I cooked some onions and tomatoes that were dying down into a relish and fried my sweet potato chips.

Chicken and veggies X three. After tea I finished off the carcass of the chicken with a good pick and then felt guilty afterwards!
