Chicken and veggies X three for breakfast dinner and tea. I cooked savoury cabbage with onion as an extender for the veggies. I love extanders, the cheapest food you ever cook if you think about it.

Admittedly our sample is smaller - one plays five thousand - but I think we can single handedly, by means of this thread , refute this piece of dietary scientific research.

David, we were discussing incomes from Youtube streams earlier.... I think this is a classic example of a contributor searching for a topic that will get him or her subscriptions. Look at the number of times words like could. perhaps and might are used..... I shall not be changing my diet as a result of reading this. :biggrin2: :good:
By the way, yesterday I had meat and veggies X three. (I wonder what the above site would have to say about pork?)

We're off to Fabello's Italian Restaurant, down by the canal, for tea today. Thought I'd best book something as it's our 44th wedding anniversary :good:

I had home made Spaghetti Carbonara. Didn't have pancetta and the correct cheeses but it still turned out very tasty. I substituted thick cut back bacon for the pancetta and Parmesan and extra mature Cheddar for the cheese, garlic and black pepper sauce.
