Yes you're right Cathy but later in the week we have 26C forecast. I see you will have days when the maximum will be only 12C. That would be cold here now! Never mind, it won't be long before you overtake us again..... :biggrin2:

Yesterday afternoon was quite pleasant but stuck to the forecast in that by 19:00 we had significant rain. This morning it is calm, overcast and dry with evidence of rain earlier in the night. The glass is up on 1007mb and the forecast is for a dry bright day with good sunny spells. The constant WNW wind starts light but gradually increases to moderate during the day and later it will gust to well over 40mph. We van expect a high of 20C and a low tonight of 7C with as much as -4C wind chill at times. The outlook is for dry sunny weather and from Thursday onwards we can expect high twenties, another heat wave.

Yesterday afternoon disappointed slightly in that it was overcast and windy, there was a spatter of rain late in the evening and no late sun. This morning we have a light breeze and a clear sky. The glass is up on 1014mb and the forecast is for a day of good sunshine. The constant westerly winds will tend to the north at times and be light to moderate giving us a high of 19C and a low tonight of 7C with a wind chill of -2C for much of the day occasionally rising to -3C in the afternoon. The outlook is for bright sunny weather and getting warmer all week.
