Re: TODAY'S PENNINE WEATHER
Yes you're right Cathy but later in the week we have 26C forecast. I see you will have days when the maximum will be only 12C. That would be cold here now! Never mind, it won't be long before you overtake us again.....

Re: TODAY'S PENNINE WEATHER
Yesterday afternoon was quite pleasant but stuck to the forecast in that by 19:00 we had significant rain. This morning it is calm, overcast and dry with evidence of rain earlier in the night. The glass is up on 1007mb and the forecast is for a dry bright day with good sunny spells. The constant WNW wind starts light but gradually increases to moderate during the day and later it will gust to well over 40mph. We van expect a high of 20C and a low tonight of 7C with as much as -4C wind chill at times. The outlook is for dry sunny weather and from Thursday onwards we can expect high twenties, another heat wave.

Re: TODAY'S PENNINE WEATHER
Yesterday afternoon disappointed slightly in that it was overcast and windy, there was a spatter of rain late in the evening and no late sun. This morning we have a light breeze and a clear sky. The glass is up on 1014mb and the forecast is for a day of good sunshine. The constant westerly winds will tend to the north at times and be light to moderate giving us a high of 19C and a low tonight of 7C with a wind chill of -2C for much of the day occasionally rising to -3C in the afternoon. The outlook is for bright sunny weather and getting warmer all week.

Re: TODAY'S PENNINE WEATHER
Yesterday afternoon was overcast but pleasant and as we approached nightfall we had late sun with a lot of heat in it. First thing this morning we had a light rain shower. Since then we have a light breeze and overcast but dry. The glass has risen slightly to 1017mb and the forecast is for a generally overcast day but dry and becoming more sunny later. The westerly winds will be light to moderate and we can expect a high of 21C with a low tonight of 11C and a wind chill of -2C for much of the later day. Tomorrow we start building the heat and it will be in the high twenties for the whole of the week.

Re: TODAY'S PENNINE WEATHER
Yesterday afternoon gradually improved and by late evening we had full sun. This morning it's calm, clear and mild. The glass is up on 1021mb and the forecast is for a warm day of full sun. The westerly winds will be light and allow us a high of 24C and a low of 9C tonight with only a slight wind chill later in the day. THe outlook is for some very warm weather over the next few days. 29C is forecast for Saturday. This could be Barlick Summer!

We are in cloud here, not sure if it’s rolling down off the fell, but it’s not very warm “yet”.

Re: TODAY'S PENNINE WEATHER
That was my thought Gloria when I had my walk, perfect, warm enough to be comfortable and good sun but not oppressive.
Yesterday was, on the whole, a perfect day. We had late sun and a clear sky all night. This morning it's calm clear and mild. The glass is steady on 1020mb and the forecast is for a sunny hot day. The mainly westerly winds are calm and variable and we can expect a high of 27C and a low of 13C tonight with no wind chill. Tomorrow and Sunday will be similar temperatures and the rest of the week will be dry, sunny and warm. This is Barlick summer. Enjoy it!

We had a beautiful red moon as we were going to bed last night, it looked massive as well. This morning is sunning and already getting very warm. Don’t think we will be yomping anywhere today in a hurry.

We have a cloudless start and I shall be out of the house shortly doing veggies shopping at the Co-op. It will never be cooler today....

Re: TODAY'S PENNINE WEATHER
Yesterday was a hot day, not often we can say that with complete accuracy. Wall to wall sun right up to nightfall. This morning it's calm, clear and warm. The glass is down slightly on 1018mb and the forecast is for another cloudless day. The Easterly winds will be light allowing us a high of 28C and a low of 12C tonight. There will not be any wind chill, just a refreshing breeze lowering the temperature a couple of degrees in the afternoon. UV and pollen are very high. The outlook is slightly cooler, more cloud and perhaps the occasional light shower but still summer weather.

Gosh, you are having a warm weekend.

Today is warm in Adelaide with large white clouds, under blue sky.
Getting cooler for the week, and some more rain coming. All good
