Pork Belly and veggies X three with a mid morning snack of boiled egg and hot smoked mackerel fillet for a treat. We all need a treat occasionally.

Hot meat and veggies X three and early to bed. This regime seems to suit me!

Yesterday breakfast and tea were my usual hot meat and veggies but dinner turned out to be smoked bacon, tomatoes, beans and fried eggs after a sudden craving. I've noted David's blood puddings and that's given me more ideas...... :biggrin2:

There were enough breakfast ingredients for me to repeat the smoked bacon and egg dinner. Breakfast and tea was the usual Meat and veggies.
