It is the point on the bottom right that worries me. The diagonal on the letter N runs from top left to bottom right between the 2 vertical lines. Perhaps it is just the style of the font.

It certainly isn't a normal upper case N, which it should be to match with the rest of the letters. Is it the Statue of Liberty snack bar? (Yes, it does have one!)

It wouldn’t surprise me if that N is really a H.

Clearly it's a food vending establishment of some sort. Lots seem to be preoccupied by the font in the word SNACKS. it's simply a stylised N from the common font's used in an earlier era than that of the photo, probably 30's or 40's although the photo taken in the 80's.

The floor looks like it's not had much foot travel over it. Just making observations because I can't think of anything else.
