It's the SS Great Britain in the Falklands where it was scuttled in 1937 after being used as a storage hulk.

Your answer is the correct one. She was scrapped at New Ferry on the River Mersey by Henry Bath & Son Ltd in 1889–1890 and that's where the pic was done.
