Nope, never seen one, only went camping once, in my late teens, that was enough. Nearest after that was staying over in the horse box at horse shows.

Exactly right Ian.

This needs knocking on the head. Allegedly it was used for dragging riders off their horses.

What's this?

Never heard of that for dragging people off horses.
Is the new one a meat tenderiser or a fancy pastry cutter?

My first thought was a pill maker but I don't see how that would work.

I can see why you thought that Wendy. No, it's more domestic.....

Nothing to do with cooking Gloria but once again I can see why you thought that.

Would it be used to corrugate something, fabric or paper?

Looks like something which needs quite a bit of pressure to be used, judging by the handle.

I think we have to say that Wendy has it. I've never seen one before but evidently it was heated and used on fancy cuffs and collars to iron corrugations into them.
Next one?

A 'joint' holder, used to grip the roach at the end of the 'joint' so you can smoke all of the weed without burning your lips or fingers (allegedly your honour). Looks like a key so it's not instantly recognised as such.

Exactly right Kev. I once entered the US wearing an Akubra (Imperial Quality) hat and it was only when I got to Northfield that I was informed that the fancy hatband incorporating a crocodile clip dressed with feathers like a fishing fly was a roach holder....I gave it to the young person who enlightened me! Can't understand how it got through customs at LAX.
