I think that Maz's "elegant evening wear" would probably have included more black leather (not goth) than Cyndi's, and that she wouldn't have needed a wig cos her own hair is purple & green dreadlocks....

I was fine with my outfit, but didn't dress to stereotype...sorry guys.
We go to quite a lot of concerts ( compared to some) and I tend to dress according to the venue, rather than the artist. So if they are playing in one of our 'rough and ready' venues, it may be denims etc and no tiara.
If they are playing in a park on a summer's evening it may well be shorts and T-shirt.
Last night was at our snazziest venue...our Festival Theatre...and I always appreciate that this is a zenith of a night out for most folk, especially if they have dined out beforehand. Anything playing there is on the expensive side as far as ticket costs go. So I tend to dress up for the Festival Theatre...though it is not obligatory, and it is quite ok with me if I sit next to a Goth. In fact, I find the audience as interesting as the artist. I am an ardent 'people watcher' and just love taking it all in. One of the great things about music is that it is something we can all appreciate in our own way...be I a Goth, or a Gay or a Trans-gender...or just a boring old housewife...

Brilliant - a bit like Duelling Banjos?
Actually, given the thread title, and being quite naive - I spent half the clip wondering when Bradders was going to stroll in. Shame he deserted us.
