And you're right Wendy! It's a 'Blow' Kitchen churn for making a small amount of butter. When I was farming at Whatcote I had two tasks each morning after milking and before breakfast, Pump the days water up out of the well into the tank over the kitchen and churn the days butter using a Blow table churn.
