I did the same at 15:00 and it was nice. At 20:00 we had very light rain. This morning we still have calm mild and slightly wet conditions. The glass is up slightly on 1020mb. The forecast is for a dry, cloudy day and sunny this afternoon. The west wind will swing to NW around 09:00 and stay there all day giving a high of 13C a low of 3C and a -3C chill. The outlook is for similar weather all week.

Yesterday we had a lovely afternoon, sunny dry and mild. At 20:00 it was calm, mild and dry with a clear sky and was the same first thing this morning. Since then we have got cloud. The glass is up again on 1030mb. The forecast is for a bright overcast and dry day. The wind is light and variable, starting in the west and ending in the east visiting the north on the way! This gives a high of 10C, a low of 5C and a chill of -3C at times. Another mild day tomorrow and them cooler, cloudy but dry days for the rest of the week.

It's nice out there. I am going for a walk instead of listening to the dire apology for news we are getting.

Did just short of three miles up Folly and round Lane Bottom with my mate Bob. Sally went out with Bobs wife Carol and she had a breakdown on her mobility scooter up Lister Well. We got a call on the way back from our walk and Bob took the car out on a recovery mission when we got back. Sally and Carol had a picnic while they were waiting for the cavalry, if you are going to break down better to do it on a nice day. :extrawink:

Couldn't have had a better day for it! Glad it wasn't raining....
We had a nice afternoon yesterday and at 20:00 it was calm, not cod, dry and a clear sky. Same this morning and the glass is rock steady on 1030mb, no move since yesterday. The forecast is for an overcast but dry day, not as sunny as yesterday. The light wind is from the west and gives a high of 11C and a low of 6C with only a slight wind chill. The outlook is for similar weather, cloudy, a bit cooler and very settled.

Quite a pleasant morning. Minnie decided that it was too nice to come inside yesterday and refused to be caught so the ponies spent their first night outside. :laugh5:

I reckon Wendy left them out and they would enjoy it.
Yesterday was not as sunny as the day before but still a very acceptable March Day, mild dry and calm, with a northerly wind I noticed. At 20:00 it was mild, calm and dry with broken cloud. Same this morning. The glass is down a touch on 1025mb and the forecast is for a dry overcast day. The wind is a constant moderate NE giving a high of 8C and a low of 6C with a -3 wind chill. (You might be able to leave Minnie and Sparky out again Wendy.)
The outlook is unchanged, similar weather to today for the next five days.

Too right Gloria ! If Sparky had any molars left to chew with I could just put hay out for them, but he quids and could choke on it.

I remember years ago getting some feed blocks in plastic containers which they licked. We got them to supplement the hay they were trampling about, supposedly unbreakable, but we had a 2yo who could smash them. Might be worth looking into something like that. So long ago can’t think of what they were called.

Yesterday was dry and not very cold which was surprising as we had a north wind. Some isolated spots of rain at about 15:30. At 20:00 it was calm and dry with broken cloud. Same this morning and the glass is up slightly on 1028mb. The forecast is for a dry day, overcast turning to sunny spells this afternoon. The wind is a constant moderated westerly giving a high of 10C and a low of 5C with a -3C chill when the wind is strongest in the afternoon. The outlook is the same, similar weather for the next five days, chance of a shower on Thursday happen.
