Bloody hell Wendy! Talk about hidden talents! I'll go with Wendy because she is always right. (Ask Colin....)

Yep Wendy got it, I could get picky and want the actual model, but an Arduino is close enough. That particular one is a first generation Arduino Uno.

This is what it looked like before I set GIMP loose on it.

Somebody else's turn.....

A paraffin water warmer for poultry without it's top portion.

Panbiker, Wendy and Gloria are all on the money.

It's an incomplete paraffin heater which was used to provide warmth for young chicks.

I saw this on a second hand stall and money being "no object" lashed out 20p just to keep you lot guessing. What a miserable failure its been. You must all be walking about with little bags of money tide to your belts. Yes its a crimping gadget with a slight difference. The jaws hold a set of male and female dies that emboss a code letter on the strip. So gold nuggets all round.
Next object please.

In the spirit of 'whatever it takes', I hereby submit the following, hurriedly photographed after snatching it from the drawer at my side. Apologies that the urgency of the situation meant a less than crystal clear image.

I don't know how you've reached that conclusion.

Don't knobs usually have many grooves on the inside to grip the spline? This one only has six. I think it is a rubber roller (one of four? ) but don't know what it came off.
