Ah...but did he blindfold her and strap her to the roof?
This the fear factor that does the trick.

... waiting for a delivery, it appears.

Yesterday and today, two parcels have arrived with PC parts for a further build that Tom's doing. (In reality, an excuse for him to upgrade some of his components.) These deliveries were well and truly tracked.

A third delivery, without tracking, should have arrived yesterday - but still not here. Ho, hum.

Thanks all, it was a bit of a panic In the end . Baby stopped moving as Claire had developed preeclampsia, a very rapid caesarian was carried out. All now is well. We go and see them tomorrow night at visiting.

Thank you Maz, and Stanley, so do I. Different but not strange, quite old fashioned traditional names.

Just been to the hospital. Erin is in intensive care at the moment but is progressing well. Claire us very sore but happy and recovering well. It was an emergency Caesarian . We could have lost them both! It doesn't bear thinking about,

But the advantage is that Erin will not look like a pickled walnut!

I went through the same thing Sue ( pre-eclampsia). Not easy looking at your baby in a humi-crib...my legs gave way. All those tubes are a bit daunting. But a couple of days makes all the difference.

( mine had the pickled walnut look though..as well as a yellow "glow". Things were a bit hairy for a few days).

I hope they both make a quick recovery Sue.
Mum's 93rd birthday today so I'm off to Leeds for a small family gathering.
