Books Moh! The Len Deightons arrived yesterday and the book on air power is waiting for a flight at O'Hare in Chicago. So I shall be reading 'Faith' today and watching F1 qualifying at lunchtime.

Today I shall be mainly entertaining my friends from Heysham. Eileen

Today is ironing and finishing the winter tidy up in the garden in Rochdale. Beautiful day

Today was Aqua fit then french. Now it is Aquafit and then an emergency trip to the dentisit as I sheared off haf of a filled back tooth whilst eating my breakfast

Hope you got the tooth sorted OK Sue. I shall be getting the mower out today for the first time to cut the grass round the house. I've been having a great time harrowing & rolling my field over the last couple of days, and moving the electric fence for the ponies to it's spring/summer position.

I have atemporary filling unitl tomorrow. today we were in Anglesey on business, and spent the rest of the day walking, and enjoying the day. It was a beautiful drive back through the mountains rather than on the coast road

Reading. Isn't retirement wonderful!

Today I am having my hair done, then packing. Leaving today at lunchtime for friends in Gloucester prior to sailing for Brittany on Friday Eileen

Walking this mornin and then easter lunch with the group. Then we are off to the B&Q to collect coloured gravel for Claires redesigned garden( pensioners discount day). Then dentist, yoga tonight

Working in Grange over Sands in a home with views across Morecambe Bay and a bunch of real live wires. Memo to self.....keep wits about you and don't fall for obvious pranks. Nolic

Going to Freckleton for the funeral of a friend who died suddenly. It is only a few months since we went for her husband's funeral.

One of the kids at Grange had a good root around in my bag and announced that he couldn't find it !!! I fell for it and asked what he was expecting to find an he said " Your big red Santa hat" ...... he'd noted that I have grown a full beard which I say id light grey but most others say white.
