We may have to that. Bob is much recovered today so we are tackling the hedging which are single whips. Bob drills a hole , sticks the plant in. I heel them in and water them.that way bob doesn't have to get up and down too often and I do all the water carrying.

I have this mental picture of you two in the garden.....
I wrote two articles yesterday, did a full morning walk and cleared all the dead stuff off the front garden. (Just in time, hard cold rain this morning) I think I must be getting better!

We bought two solar spot lights to light up a statue in the garden from Shackleton's Garden Centre at Chatburn. One lit right away the other has not lit, I asked hubby if he had switched it on and he replied he could not see a switch, so this morning we had a ride out to take it back and have a coffee in the lovely cafe & bistro they have there. I had paid by card so the lady had to put it back on the card, as I was putting my card away she said it was working now. Hubby asked her what she had done - just switched it on she said!!!!
Say only a little but say it well.

Back on the ferry Saturday night, babysitting the grandchildren in coventry on Sunday night. Back home Monday, then a couple of days to sort out beds for Julia and the girls for a weeks stay after Easter. Bob and I are staying in the cottage for a break for three days over Easter and meeting up with my sister who has a caravan there. Back here mid April for two weeks. Now that is the start of our summer breaks here. It's all go !

Wrote two more articles yesterday, I have another simmering to get on paper today. Main event is going to the butcher's shortly and attempting to do it without frightening the horses!

More of the same.... Cleaning up Mums house so that it's ready to sell in the spring. Who knew how much rubbish you can collect in 20 years. Now we know why they kept putting up sheds; we haven't started in those yet. They have 2.5 acres so plenty of room for plenty of sheds and a very large house! :uhoh:

Who knows what treasures you'll find.... Antiques road show material!
The one article turned into three and I have written the lot and delivered them before 09:00! I think I might be correct in saying I've recovered. Definitely firing on 12 cylinders this morning.....

Very busy at the moment. The regulations and government guidance in respect of children's homes and residential schools change significantly on 1st. April. Not only am I preparing for the impact on the work I undertake but I'm in demand to deliver training for managers and staff on how they are likely to impact. Phew. Nolic

No surprise there! For those of you who don't know, Comrade Nolic is widely regarded as a reliable source of advice on these topics. When he 'retired' I told him to dream on...... Why his employers let him go I will never understand, a wonderful example of bad management paying more attention to targets and rules than the job in hand.....

No more than the truth Comrade... Mind you, when Mick was singing your praises he did add that your lectures sent him to sleep. He said I was free to appraise you of this fact.... ( )
Today I shall be in the shed having relations with Mrs Dumore..... Make of that what you will! By the way, for those of you who don't normally look at Shed Matters, I went skiing yesterday (Spending the Kids Inheritance) and bought a couple of new tools.... There are no pockets in a shroud!

Go for him Comrade..... I should add he smiled when he said it.
I suspect Power Point has been given a bad name by people who have a short attention span and little if any interest in the subject being explained. Then there is the skill of the presenter. If it goes wrong, blame the tool!
