That two hours turned into three but as it is raining steadily that doesn't bother me at all. I am not even thinking of going for a walk.....

Yesterday afternoon ended up dry and at 20:00 it was calm and dry with a light overcast. This morning first thing it was the same and there has been no change since. The glass is down on 989mb and still falling slowly. The forecast fives the chance of a light shower to be possible at any time during the day even when we are having sunny spells. The WSW wind is moderate giving a high of 13C and a low of 10C with up to -3C wind chill. The outlook is for similar temperatures, bright overcast and mostly dry.....
The wind is rising now and we have had a light shower.....

Yesterday was never really dry, there was always mizzle on the wind. At 20:00 we had a light breeze and an overcast sky, it wasn't raining but the flags were damp. First thing this morning it was calm and we had heavy rain. That's stopped now but it is still overcast. The forecast is for the cloud to break and we can expect sunny intervals in the middle of the day. It will stay dry. The moderate SW wind becomes SE later and gives us a high of 14C and a low of 11C tonight with a -2 C wind chill at most. The outlook is for very similar bright mild weather. October is being very kind to us.
05:20.... It is raining again! Not on the hymn sheet!

Yesterday afternoon stayed dry but only just, I had my walk and sit but it was quite chilly in the wind. At 20:00 the breeze had dropped and we had a dry night under overcast. First thing this morning it was raining steadily, it's stopped raining now and the sky is clearing slowly. The glass is down on 997mb and falling slowly. The forecast is for it to clear slowly to a dry bright sunny day later but with a chance of a light shower at any time on the way. The mainly SW wind is brisk and gusts to 35mph giving a high of 16C and a low of 11C with a -3C chill. The outlook is for continuing mild showery weather.

Yesterday was a mixed day and we had frequent light showers. At 20:00 it was dry, the sky was clearing and we had a breeze. First thing this morning it was breezy, cool and clear. It's clouding over now and we are promised rain soon. The glass is up on 1008mb. The forecast is for early rain clearing to overcast but dry by mid-morning. The constant southerly wind is moderate and gives us a high of 16C and a low of 13C with a -2C chill. The outlook is for mild overcast weather for the next few days at least. This is helping the gas bills.....

It was the same this morning first thing We are promised rain shortly and I think I can detect it on the wind but so far it's dry. The glass is down on 1003mb. The forecast is for heavy rain moderating to sunny intervals by midday. The Southerly wind is brisk and gusts to 35mph giving a high of 16C and a low of 10C with up to -3C wind chill. The outlook is for slightly cooler weather but dry and still warm for the time of year.

Yesterday ended dry again and at 20:00 we had a light breeze and a clearing sky. In normal times these clear night would presage a frost but in this mild air flow from the Azores that isn't happening. First thing this morning it was dry, mild and clear with a light breeze. It hasn't changed. The glass is up on 1011mb and perhaps falling slowly. The forecast is for cloud to come in and by 09:00 it will be raining heavily and that rain will last all day but getting lighter this evening. The SE wind is light to moderate and gives us a high of 15C and a low of 11C with a wind chill of up to -2C. The outlook is for very similar weather but perhaps cooling slightly next week. No signs yet of a cold snap.

The forecast is for a dry cloudy morning changing to sunny intervals and showers this afternoon. the southerly wind is brisk and gusts to 30mph giving a high of 14C, a low of 10C and a -3C wind chill. The six day forecast shows the temperature dropping a bit during next week with some showers. Still mild for the time of year.

Here in Adelaide we are set for a big Spring Storm about to start at any moment.
Strong winds up to 90mp/h, rain, thunder and hail. There will be damage.
See you on the other side 🤔

That's good news for first thing in my morning Cathy, Good! I'm glad you are OK.
Yesterday it was dull and we had rain in the afternoon. At 20:00 it was clearing up, dry and just a light breeze. This morning it's breezy and dry under a clear sky. The glass is up on 1008mb and the forecast is for a dry overcast day with rain coming in late tonight. The southerly wind is moderate and gusts to 30mph giving a high of 14C a low of 10C and a wind chill of -3C at times. The outlook this week is for cooler unsettled weather.....

I've had my walk to Town Square and got my shopping, just a few bits and pieces and shazam! £18 went just like that. No sun and a chilling wind but OK if you wrap up well enough. Guess what, I did!

Yesterday stuck to the script and by 20:00 we had heavy rain and it continued all night. First thing this morning it was dry, breezy and overcast but it has now started raining again. The glass has fallen to 989mb and is trying to rise now. The forecast is for a day of mixed rain showers and sunny intervals at times. The brisk SW wind gusts to 35mph at times and gives a high of 12C and a low of 6C with a -4C wind chill this morning. This is a change in the weather and the 6 day outlook is for even cooler showery weather. Our mild interlude may be over.

Yesterday we had wind and rain. At 20:00 it had bated but still windy and overcast. First thing this morning it was breezy, dry and we had a clear sky. I've just popped me head out and it's raining again..... The glass is up on 1004mb and rising. The forecast is for the cloud to clear by 06:00 and we will have a dry sunny morning but the cloud and rain coming in again and setting in for the rest of the day. The constant brisk southerly wind will gust to almost 50mph during the afternoon and gives us a high of 11C and a low of 7C with a chill of -4C at times. The outlook is for similar unsettled wet and windy weather and if anything, getting colder.

Yesterday I had a walk and a cold, shorter sit in the wind and shortly after I came home the rain set in again and lasted until nightfall. By 20:00 it had stopped raining and this morning it was breezy and dry but evidence of more rain during the night. It hasn't changed. The glass is down on 995mb and steady. The forecast is for a dry day overcast but with some sunny intervals. The wind is light and until 13:00 is SW but after that goes into the east and ends up as NE giving us a high of 10C and a low of 3C with a -2C chill at midday. The outlook is for similar weather and the general trend is getting colder.....

Yesterday we had some late rain but by 20:00 it had ceased and the sky was clearing. First thing this morning it was cool dry and clear and the only change since then is perhaps a hint of cloud coming in, hard to tell in the dark. The glass is up on 1002mb and rising. The forecast is for a dry clear sunny day with cloud coming in late afternoon. The constant west wind is light to moderate and gives us a high of 9C and a low of 7C with a chill of -3C during the day so wrap up warm. The 6 day outlook is changing fast and now has similar temperatures to today but more wind and rain.

Yesterday the light afternoon rain had cleared up by 20:00 and we had a clear sky and a good moon. (It's a full moon on Tuesday). This morning first thing it was calm, dry and overcast. Since then we have some very light rain starting. The glass is up on 1008mb but falling. The forecast is for light rain to start any time now and persist until early evening. Yesterday it rained all afternoon. By 20:00 we had a light breeze and a clear sky with a good moon. It was clear and dry all night but this morning has started to cloud over. The glass is down on 999mb and falling. The forecast is for sunny spells interspersed by light showers all day.
