Re: TODAY'S PENNINE WEATHER
Yesterday the afternoon was again dry and overcast. At 20:00 it was calm, mild, dry and overcast. This morning it's the same. The glass is up on 1024mb and the forecast is for a cloudy day but some sunny intervals later before nightfall. the wind is very light and mainly SE giving us a high of 14C and a low of 4C tonight with perhaps a -2C wind chill. The outlook is for similar weather for the next week.

Re: TODAY'S PENNINE WEATHER
Kev. I take the point about pollen levels but will leave it to you to flag them up if necessary. I don't know enough about allergies to know when the levels are serious.
Yesterday was a dry mild afternoon and at 20:00 we had a light breeze, it was dry and mild and we had overcast. It was the same this morning and the glass has risen again to 1029mb and tending to rise still. The forecast is for a misty overcast start but then a dry sunny day. The constant East wind is moderate giving a high of 13C and a low tonight of 5C with a -3C wind chill for most of the day. The outlook is for cooler weather but staying dry and bright.

Yesterday stayed fine and dry. At 20:00 we had a light breeze and a clear sky. Same first thing this morning. The glass is steady but down a shade on 1028mb. The forecast is for a bright overcast day becoming sunny this afternoon. The constant east wind is brisk and gusts to almost 35mph giving us a high of 12C, a low of 3C tonight and up to -4C wind chill. The outlook is for similar temperatures if not lower and there will be more cloud and showers.

Re: TODAY'S PENNINE WEATHER
Yesterday stayed dry and bright. At 20:00 it was cool clear and dry with a light cold breeze. This morning it's the same and the glass is again down a touch on a shade over 1025mb and tending to fall. The forecast is for a clear sky and sun all day. The constant ENE wind is brisk and gusts to 30mph at times giving a high of 12C and a low of 6C tonight with a wind chill of -4C at times. So enjoy the sunshine but either keep out of the wind or wrap up warm. The outlook is for more cloudy and slightly colder weather but staying mainly dry.

Back from walk, shopping and an armful of vaccine. Lovely sunshine but that east wind spoils it and cuts right through any part not protected.

Sat in the sun and drunk a bottle of beer this afternoon, it was quite pleasant. I had 'earned' it as I had assembled the frame for my new gazebo

Tree pollen forecast is high today, it'll drop a bit when this afternoon's rain dampens it down.

Re: TODAY'S PENNINE WEATHER
Yesterday was windy and cold despite the sun. We did get the light showers as per the forecast. At 20:00 it was breezy, overcast and cool and was the same this morning with evidence of a light shower during the night. The glass is well down on 1004mb and still falling. The forecast is for significant rain this morning and broken cloud with sun and showers this afternoon. The light wind is mainly westerly and gives us a high of 12C and a low of 5C tonight with a -2C wind chill. The outlook is for cooler overcast weather but no rain.

Re: TODAY'S PENNINE WEATHER
Yesterday was mainly bright and dry. There was an odd light shower towards evening but at 20:00 it was overcast and dry with a light breeze. It was the same this morning and hasn't changed. The glass is down on just over 997mb and the forecast is for an overcast dry day with perhaps some light showers this evening. The constant NE wind is light and gives us a high of 11C and a low of 3C tonight with a -2C wind chill. The outlook is the same, similar cool dry overcast possibly starting to warm up a bit on Thursday and Friday.

Re: TODAY'S PENNINE WEATHER
Yesterday stuck to the forecast and the evening was showery but at 20:00 it was calm, dry and a clearing sky. This morning it is the same with a mainly clear sky with a good moon. The glass is up on 1005mb and the forecast is for broken cloud with some sunny intervals all day but no rain. The constant NE wind is light becoming moderate and gives a high of 8C and a low of -2C tonight with as much as a -4C wind chill at times. The outlook is for a couple more days of colder weather but from Thursday on a marked increase in temperature.
