Febby cleaned all the upstairs windows inside and out this morning (my hero).
Then we had our usual walk before lunch.
( now he is sat back enjoying his Sci-fi rubbish on TV...while I an about to stick my nose in a book...and enjoy a lazy Sunday afternoon).
Dinner is made, ready to throw in the oven later, and all is right with the world as far as I can see.

Cleaning finished after the new kitchen . One small bit to paint. So today I can have a quiet day sewing

Today I will mainly be driving to Leeds to pick Sally up after taking Ruby home. There are no connecting trains to Skipton on Sundays at the moment and there is a 2 hour wait for the replacement bus service.

I can't help thinking about Prague, the integrate transport system left after the Russian occupation runs like clockwork. One ticket for the whole lot, train, metro, tram and bus. No mater how many changes you made you never had to wait more than 2 minutes for the next connection. Anywhere in Prague ticket, including to and from the airport, £5.00 for 3 days, £8.00 for the week when I was there.

Sue, if you put your pictures up via the gallery rather than just as attachments you have the option to rotate them on the preview page before the final upload. Easy then to insert them from the gallery, (they would auto resize larger as well).

Shed of course today but I shall be keeping my eye open for the UPS man. I have always felt the need for a better air compressor that will give enough volume to run my engines when I have made them. I saw one advertised on sale yesterday, an SGS 50 litre tank model reduced from £230 to £100 and bit the bullet. I am now worrying about how to get it into the space I have identified for it. I'll tackle that when I see the rabbit. Don't tell the kids I have been spending the Burial Fund again!

There is a problem with that Ian. If I can't see they are upside down or sideways I can't rotate them.

The gallery gives you a preview of how the image will appear before you upload it. You have the option at that stage to alter the orientation.

Ok I will give it a try with the newest addition to the kitchen. Two educational posters courtesy of my wine journalist sister.

You should be able to see the orientation OK with those Sue. Once uploaded just be sure to copy the image URL from the top box on the image page. Then paste that into the box offered using the mountain and sun icon in the top bar.

I got the original price of the compressor wrong, reduced to £100 from £279. Up and running. I think I got a good deal!

Well that worked to show the link, but I expected the picture to appear

Copy the string from the top box under the image but use the "mountain" icon in the editor to insert into your post. You are nearly there.

Above the box where you post your reply, there's a row of small icons Sue. One of these is a picture of a mountain and sun. If you click on that, a dialogue box opens where you are invited to insert a link for image. Paste the link you have copied from your photo in the gallery into this box. Your image will then appear when you post.

No you would need a closer view, but the sun was shining on the picture, will try again. You and my brother made the same comment !
