I'm glad to see the shadowed side of the Moon agrees with the direction of the tree shadows on Earth! :smile:

I always find sunsets difficult to photograph. I see a stunning deep orange red sunset but my photo looks nowt like it. Far too light in colour. If I adjust the camera by a couple of stops everything else is in the dark whereas my eye shows me it should be light. I suppose it's because eyes and brains are more clever than the camera! :smile:

I always said that the west coast of any region is the best for photography as the sunsets are out at sea.... :biggrin2:

You're right there, the eye is constantly adjusting. Some of the newer smartphones have a built in High Dynamic Range (HDR) setting. If that works the same as how I use HDR, with camera and Photoshop, it'll take multiple images and then blend them. This gives almost the same as your eye sees.

The moon is in it's original position, just made bigger in Photoshop.
