taking a trip to Colne Dental Centre, the failed root canal is coming out.

Hope that goes OK Kev. I've just made an appointment to sign up with them after finding that the Earby dentists I have been registered with for years only have one part time dentist left (3 days a week) and my chances of getting an appointment to get this tooth sorted are minimal. I'm hoping my antibiotics will start to kick in later today.

Good luck both of you with your dental problems, Kev's will beggar up his planned walk in to the blood donor session I reckon. They don't want you if you have had foreign needles stuck in you or have had work at the dentist, I think Kev will have a double whammy there.

Got Sally off OK London bound and forgot to mention that you now have to be DBS checked to approach No 10 in addition to being searched at the gated end of the street.

Wendy, the surgery in Park Avenue in Barlick are taking on new patients, not sure whether that would be more convenient than Colne.

Donor session is definitely a non starter Ian, had to have a few stitches after the extraction. Not allowed to blow my nose for 2 weeks either due to the root encroaching on a sinus, hopefully the infection will clear up now. Sat in front of the TV now waiting for the anaesthetic to wear off

Picked up a couple of boxes of paracetamol on the way home . Just generally feeling sorry for myself, it's a man thing apparently

You all have my sympathy, only thing worse than bad toothache I have encountered was Cystitis.....
Mr Pinder had the surgery on Park Avenue when he took my teeth out and gave me my gobblers. The top set is original and that was in 1959, he must have done a good job!
I shall be doing high risk drilling in the shed..... Come to think, bit like engineers root canal but not as painful!

Do we or do we not go for a walk with the walking group. Very windy and snow forecast. It could help clear my sinuses but then it could wear me out for the day. Sun shining now but it was snowing 5 minutes ago.

My advice would have been curl up in the house with some bias binding.....
More work on castings in shed.

We didn’t have much choice Stanley. We got caught in a blizzard and had to turn back. Instead I spent a quiet day cutting out and sewing. I am still a bit catarrhy but managed my exercise class. I am definitely on the mend at last

Good! I'm glad to hear that Sue. Bear in mind that a modern trend with these nasty viruses is that they can recur. I don't remember it being so bad in my younger days but it definitely happens now.
Today is shopping and happen a bit of shed....

How are everyone's teeth?
I missed the shed yesterday, too busy being domestic. I am cooked up and clean and ready to get back in there today!

My teeth ( all natural and grown by my own body) are all doing very well, Thankyou! I floss and brush twice daily.

Toothache has gone, just got the soreness of half a dozen stitches scratching the inside of my cheek but they're being removed on Friday.

Just a bit of soreness and swelling left in my jaw, and I'm booked in for an extraction this afternoon.
