We got a ham hock from the butcher and cooked it overnight on Thursday in the slow cooker. Pan of Pea & Ham soup created for tea with dumplings. Took two portions down for Jack and Jemma along with on of my Chia & Sunflower seed loaves. We have serving each left over for lunch. Rest of the ham has gone into a pan with leeks, potato, onion and tomato.
