Long gone is the tradition Christmas dinner. Our will be Prawn starter marinated spare ribs plus the odd vegetable and CHIPS (air fried of course).

Can't quite get over that our friends up Norf booked a Christmas dinner at the local golf club at £70 a head only to be told that due to staff shortages they could cancel or have it delivered at home. A £70 per head takeaway sounds over the top to me but what do I know :surprised:

Eat all you like curry buffet for us, £30 a head (they apologised to have to put it up by £5 this year) at the Barlick Raj.
Last year was takeaway, it was £15 a head and there was more than enough for us.

Chicken Tikka Jalfrezi with a Saag Paneer for tea today, it's being delivered from the Musafir in Earby.
I like to mix up my curry houses, Barlick Raj to eat in (usually the buffet), Musafir for takeaway delivery and the Four Elephants in Foulridge if they have entertainment on.
