Mutton and peas with veggies X two for breakfast and tea. I cooked some sprouts to keep the veggie element topped up. (I think I'm addicted to sprouts.....)

Mutton and peas for breakfast and tea. Slow cooked mutton is the most tender meat there is!

Reminds me of the annual jokes about cooking the Christmas lunch sprouts days early.

I like them too, but 'al dente' and fresh from the pan.

Both barred for me now Ian under the new strict low carb scene. I had sausage, baked beans and eggs for breakfast. I did veggie shopping and cooking yesterday so tea was sausage and veggies. Overnight I slow roasted a lump of belly pork and a piece of smoked bacon. Both dealt with and I have a chicken roasting in the oven. The gravy from the roast is in the fridge to separate the fat.....

Working my way through the belly pork and veggies. Good job I like veggies so much. A low carb diet would be very boring without them! (I might relax my low carb instincts today as I am eating away from home twice......

I was a good lad at lunch time. I had a steak and ale pie with salad. I didn't eat the puff pastry lid. Tea was a battered fish and mushy peas.
