Chicken and veggies X three and I had a pork hock slow cooking all night, that needs dealing with some time this morning.

The meat and gravy from the ham hock went in with the veggies in the fridge and so I had ham, chicken and veggies X three.

Mick and I were invited to Laura and Masons for tea last night and had a stuffed chicken roll, potatoes (boiled with skin on then tossed in olive oil and sea salt then squashed with a potaoto masher then roasted in the oven) and salad with an asian dressing and crispy noodles(Aldi....yummy).

I made three steak and onion pies today. Blind baked, filled, lids on, then two for the freezer.

Last one cooked in the Air Fryer with a few chips for tea.

Had some carbs for tea, wholemeal spaghetti. Had lardons, prawns, onion, garlic, chillies and a salmon fillet with it. Washed it down with a bottle of Chenin Blanc.
Time for a brew and feet up now, been working today and it involved too much thinking.

Spaghetti Bolognese and garlic naan.

We ate half and tonight I'll transform the remains into a Bolognese tray bake and do it in the oven.

I seem to react to carbs worse than you do Kev. I have learned to my cost that I can't cut corners.

I slowly introduced more carbs into my diet, I still have a relatively low intake. A large carb heavy meal would still upset my digestive system but the small controlled increase has been beneficial.
