Curry night at the Hare and Hounds last night, full English at home this evening. Off to Sherwood Forest for the weekend tomorrow, a tribute bands festival at Thoresby Hall Hotel. Should be a good do :good:

Almost at the end of Chicken and Veggies.... So I went veggie shopping. £26.70 for a weeks veggies......

Veggie cooking yesterday and the chicken gets cooked this morning. Yesterday I had Ham, fried eggs and fried tomatoes for breakfast and the last of the chicken and veggies for dinner and tea.

Breakfast was two scotch eggs. Dinner was Fried fish and peas courtesy of Muthomi who brought Lily and Kahara to see me. Tea was Chicken and veggies.

I did the veggie shopping (£21) and had chicken and veggies X three plus an illegal salad butty on teacake from Barlic Bites at dinnertime for a treat! Veggie cooking today.....

Homemade lamb kebabs in soft brown pitta bread with tomato. A can of drained butter beans, onion, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper. Blitz it all up in the food processor, add this to a pound of minced lamb, form into patties and cook in the air fryer.
Full English for tea tonight :good:

The last of the Chicken and veggies from last week. I cooked veggies yesterday and will sort my roast chicken this morning!

Moules mariniere for tea tonight, accompanied by baby new potatoes with smoked lardons and feta, olives, stuffed peppers, sun-dried tomatoes and rosemary and garlic focaccia. Strawberries, blueberries and whipped cream for pudding. There will be beer and wine too :good:

Lunch was a peanut butter and banana toasted sandwich done in the air fryer.

Scotch egg and veggies X three. (I got a red cabbage for a change on Thursday and I wish I hadn't. After cooking it was blue and it looks weird! Tastes fine but not an appetising look.

I made three meat and potato pies, two for the freezer and one for my tea with mushy peas yesterday. Gammon for me today. :smile:

Chicken and veggies. As we near the end of the week I am getting it into a corner. Veggie cooking today and my meat will be delivered at 17:30 ready for cooking tomorrow. You can't beat being organised!
