It's a Queen Mary trailer carrying the fuselage of a Boulton Paul Defiant and I think it's at the RAF Hendon Museum. You can always spot a Defiant from the dorsal turret shape. (Sorry if I've spoilt it for everyone else!)

The lower shelf is the things you used to use to squeeze lemons or oranges for the juice, the one I have has a row of spikes to catch the pips ...
I think they are made out of coloured bakelite

It's an anti-GRU device. You fix it onto a hole in your front door so you can slide open the spy hole and check they aren't spraying novichok on the door.
On the other hand it might be a small-scale model of the Brexit Hole through which we will all have to pass in order to leave the EU.
