Chicken and veggies for breakfast and tea. Pickled herring for dinner and more illegal food, a cheese toastie with Mo and Kahara....

Chicken and veggies X two for breakfast and tea but an illicit salad buttie from Mandy's for lunch whilst I was on traffic duty.... I cooked some sausage to extend my food until Monday.

Chicken and veg at Chez Kev this evening. Katsu chicken tenders (in the air fryer), oriental stir fry veg and noodles with a chilli and garlic sauce in the heavy frying pan. Very tasty and made a change.

Our Carla's Birthday today so tea at hers. Pulled Pork, warm bread batons, mixed salad salsa, roasted crushed potatoes.

Started on the last of the chicken and veg. Had it X 2 because I missed at dinner as I wasn't hungry.
Enough for today as well but \i shall be cooking veggies later this morning.....

I had last week's crop for breakfast and tea. Dinner was a nibble here and there of the fresh veggies I was cooking.

Lamb shank, roast spuds, peas and green beans. Washed it down with a bottle of Corona

I roasted my chicken yesterday and had the very last of the chicken and veggies for breakfast,. Then I dealt with the chicken and in the process made a very small pot of veggies and gravy for dinner and a small one with a spicy chicken wing for tea.

Chicken and veggies X three for breakfast, dinner and tea. Keeping to the small slimming portions is hard but on the whole I am sticking to it.....

Manx steak pie, mash, mushy peas and gravy. Going to get a cold beer and make ourselves comfy in the lounge. I reserved seats with extra leg room so we should be comfortable.

Guess what I had! That's right, chicken and veggies and I still haven't fried those sweet potato chips!

Chicken and Veggies X three. That simple and so efficient.... Less than four minutes in the microwave for each hot meal.

I had blood pudding, fried eggs and mushy peas for breakfast, a tiny helping of chicken and veggies for dinner and a more substantial one for tea. I felt as though I had eaten too much....

Back to a sensible regime! Chicken and veggies X three, very small helpings. If anything I went to bed feeling slightly hungry! A good thing......

Chicken and veggies X three again. I reckon I have two days left so veggie shopping today and cooking on Friday.

I had the last of the chicken and veggies for breakfast and tea. Dinner was a light nibble on the vegetables I was cooking. The chicken gets cooked today after flu jab!

Straight veggies for breakfast as the chicken was roasting. For dinner I had two home made spicy burgers on teacake and for tea the rest of the burgers plus freshly cooked veggies. Lovely but I felt slightly guilty afterwards, I had enjoyed myself too much! (You can always tell a good Puritan!)

Full English for tea tonight.

I have some Lamb in the slow cooker, probably have a portion with potatoes and veg. Need an early tea as I have an important PPC and new Constituency related Zoom meeting tonight.
